The registration form and the Financial Assistance Application must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025.
Financial Aid:
Partial financial support may be available for those who indicate the need for financial assistance.
If applying for financial assistance, please complete and submit the Financial Assistance Application at the time of registration.
Financial Aid Disclaimer:
Financial assistance funds are limited. Award amounts will be determined based on a combination of the following factors:
1. Available funding: The total amount of money available.
2. Eligibility: Whether the applicant meets the necessary criteria.
3. Other qualifying factors: Such as other mitigating factors and other relevant circumstances.
Please be aware that applying for financial aid does not guarantee assistance. The CCA/EdAdvance cannot disclose the number of recipients or award amounts. Financial aid decisions, made by a committee, may take up to 60 days after registration and submission of the financial assistance form.

Required for any participants bringing medication with them to campus or requiring specific accommodations
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The College & Career Accelerator (CCA) will provide refunds for valid cancellations. The total amount refunded is dependent upon the proximity to the start of the program.

If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of registration payment, the CCA will provide a full refund provided.

If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the program the CCA will provide a 75% refund.

If you cancel within 60 days but more than 30 days of the start of the program you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 29 days or less before the start of the program you will receive a 25% refund.
There will be no full or prorated refunds for cancellation after the start of the program. This includes late arrivals and early departures to and from the program.

We understand that occasionally a student experiences circumstances such as a severe unexpected medical condition, death of a family member or unexpected hardship. Under these circumstances the family may provide information concerning the circumstances and the CCA will consider a prorated refund.

The CCA has the right to cancel the program at any time for any reason within its sole discretion. The CCA will provide a full refund in the event that a program is canceled by the CCA, at its sole discretion.
