Absence Notification

Connecticut law generally requires parents and persons having control of children between the ages of 5 and 18 must ensure that such children attend school regularly unless the parent or person having control of such child is able to show that the child is elsewhere receiving equivalent instruction in the studies taught in the public schools.

All students are expected to attend school daily; it is essential to success! In the event of an absence, the parent/guardian should notify the school by 8:30 a.m.  School personnel will call home if no message has been received.
